3 Rocks Engineering & Surveying is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor to lead our land surveying department! We are looking for a PLS to join our team in our Colorado Springs, Cañon City, or Buena Vista office (your choice!) with sufficient experience to manage projects and lead others. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading our survey team, managing workload, completing survey projects from start to finish, managing projects, and will take responsibility for the quality of survey deliverables. Gotta Have It:​

• Professional Land Surveying License (Colorado) OR ability to obtain a Colorado PLS license within 6 months of hire

• A combination of 10+ years of experience in land surveying, project management, and staff management experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• A track record of consistently completing high quality survey projects on time and within budget

• Proficiency with managing a wide variety of survey projects from start to finish

 

Bonus Points:

• Experience incorporating cutting edge survey technologies

• Experience working in rural Colorado

• Experience and ability to successfully develop business and bring in new clients

• Experience with DOT projects

 

Compensation & Benefits:

• $115,000-$160,000 annual salary
